Print-on-demand limits
Our tees are printed just for you. That means we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Wrong size guess
Preferring a different color
Ordering the “wrong” bot (we get it — they’re all cute)
Once it’s printed, it’s yours. That’s the POD tradeoff that keeps waste down.
When we do help
If your tee arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos of the issue (and the packing slip if you have it)
We’ll work with Printful on a reprint or refund for verified quality problems.
Size tip
Please check the size chart on each product before ordering. Bella+Canvas 3001 is a soft retail fit — when in doubt, size up for a roomier feel.
